Men's Ministry

Although we may be talented, likeable and busy serving the Lord, those things do not make us godly. Giving our lives to a “good” cause, our ministry or our families does not make us godly either.

Godliness is more than the sum of all we do; it is Christian character that springs from sincere devotion to God. As such, godliness is not a spiritual option, like a tie we put on when we go to church and take off when we come home. True godliness encompasses one’s entire life—and absolutely nothing is excluded.

As God’s children, it is our privilege and responsibility to pursue godliness, and this will require much work and diligence on our part—but it will be worth the effort.

“For bodily discipline is only of little profit, but godliness is profitable for all things, since it holds promise for the present life and also for the life to come” (1 Tim. 4:8).

The Men’s Ministry meets regularly for Prayer Breakfasts with featured speakers, Dodgeball Tournaments, and an annual Men’s Retreat.
